StrikeFit® Instructor Cert LA (HQ) March 2018




This 2 day StrikeFit® Certification is taught by Krav Maga Alliance Manager, Black Belt Instructor and Director of StrikeFit®, Rachel Greenbaum.  The course is designed to give and refine the tools you'll need to successfully run a safe and fluid, kick-butt calorie burning, FUN heavy bag class.
